There’s no denying it – Paris Hilton’s baby son’s head is absolutely massive. Which shouldn’t be a big deal, of course. But there’s no way Paris Hilton wouldn’t have anticipated the internet’s reaction when she shared a photo of 10-month-old baby Phoenix on Instagram the other day:

Obviously, there were some nasty comments too which we’re not going to bother sharing, but there was also some (genuine?) concern that maybe Paris Hilton’s baby had some kind of medical condition. Well, thankfully not, as Paris Hilton confirmed on TikTok earlier. Turns out, the lad just has a massive brain.

Paris wrote: ‘There are some sick people in this world. My angel is perfectly healthy. And yes, of course he has been to a doctor, he just has a large brain.’

Well, that settles that then. It would be pretty awesome and hilarious if Paris Hilton has birthed some next level Mensa genius (his dad is venture capitalist Carter Reum, for what it’s worth). Still, it goes to show why so many celebrities opt to keep their children out of the limelight, because trolls are always going to do what trolls do.
