Congratulations are in order for OnlyFans girl Rachel McIntyre – she’s just become one of the UK’s youngest grandmothers at just 34 years of age. A proud moment, indeed!
McIntyre fell pregnant for the first time when she was just 15, so fair play to her own daughter for holding out until 17. Initially, McIntyre had some reservations because she knows what it’s like to be a young, full-time mum:
“My daughter’s only just turned 18, and I was very shocked when I found out she was pregnant. But once it sunk in, I started getting excited. I knew that I was obviously going to support her as well.
People don’t even believe I’m my daughter’s mum. They look at me in complete shock when I tell them. They’re like, ‘Wait, are you not sisters?’ When I say I’m a granny too, it’s even more of a shock.
I always get asked for ID because I look so young. It’s annoying, but it’s a bit of a compliment too.”
While she’s loving life as a 34-year-old granny, McIntyre admits it was stressful watching her young daughter go into labour:
“It was quite traumatising to see your daughter go through something like that at 17. The labour was a bit horrific, but thankfully my granddaughter is such a good baby.”
The best part about being a young grandmother? McIntyre says she’ll be able to do fun things with her granddaughter without being old and tired and falling over and breaking her hip like most grandmas:
“I’m looking forward to getting into the gym to get my body looking the best it’s ever been. The biggest upside to being such a young granny is that I’ve got a lot more energy.
When my granddaughter is a bit older, I can take her out to places and I won’t be tired like older grannies.”
Any downsides to being a 34-year-old grandma? Not really, says McIntyre:
“I’ve not been judged for it yet, but it will probably happen. I’m not bothered though. People will criticise anything these days. Life is all about being happy, and as long as you’re happy, then you’ll go far.”
So is Rachel McIntyre a MILF, a GILF, or both? I’m not sure but at this rate she may soon be a great grandmother before 50 so they might have to invent a whole new category for her. It’s easy to be judgmental of this sort of thing but at the end of the day, someone has to have the dubious honour of being the UK’s youngest grandma, so why not Rachel?
