It looks like the cost of living crisis has hit the adult film industry hard, with 28 porn stars are now facing legal action for filming content at a Travelodge in Newcastle.

According to the BBC and not our own investigative journalism, one NSFW scene filmed inside the Travelodge is circulating online. Which I guess means a Travelodge employee must’ve been beating his meat to British amateurs and recognised the set, before reporting to head office.
You might think a porn star orgy at a Travelodge is no more prohibited than a couple at a Travelodge, but the group are now facing legal action because they conducted their business without ‘authorisation’.
A spokesperson for the Travelodge told LADbible:
“We have been made aware of an allegation that filming may have taken place in one of our hotels, without our authorisation and against the terms of our booking conditions.
We were not aware of this reservation as it was made online, similar to the millions of bookings made via our website.
We are currently conducting an investigation regarding this incident and we will have no hesitation in terminating any future bookings and taking legal action if we believe an individual is in breach of our terms and conditions.”
Lacey Amour defended the group’s behaviour, telling The Sun:
“We’re just trying to do our jobs. Props to [the Travelodge] for the quality of their rooms. One double bed stood strong whilst 28 of us did the deed on it at once.”
File that one under ‘no regrets’, it seems! Still, might be best to try their luck with Airbnb from now on.
