Your A Level/GCSE results day is possibly one of the most important days of your life up to that point as it’s drummed into you that they mean absolutely everything, but as Jeremy Clarkson will no doubt tell you, they don’t really actually mean anything in the real world.

Nevertheless, there’s still a lot of pressure at such a young age and so it’s great to hear that Nando’s will once again be offering free meals to students on results day this year – either to celebrate or commiserate their achievements. All you’ve gotta do is go into your local store and show them proof of your results and you’ll be given a free starter or quarter PERI PERI chicken. Yummy.

Of course, you do actually have to spend £7 to receive the free promotion, but I think it’s doubtful anyone would be heading to Nando’s and not picking up some fries or macho peas or wings or whatever to go with their little gift meal. That’s how they reel you in, but you can’t look a gift horse (chicken) in the mouth really can you?

Good luck to everyone reading this in their exams. A level results are out on August 18th and GCSEs on August 25th so maybe avoid Nando’s that day unless you want to be surrounded by excited/crying children.
