Breaking the pole vault world record and winning an Olympic gold medal is cool enough, but Sweden’s Mondo Duplantis made it even cooler by pulling off one of the most electric celebrations of all time; running over to his model girlfriend in the crowd and pulling her as 65,000 people cheered him on.
It doesn’t get any better than this, surely:

Duplantis actually already held the pole vault world record, so he’s now broken his own world record and will undoubtedly go on to win a whole bunch of other gold medals in his career. Which is enough to make him the envy of the world, even without the hot model girlfriend!

Incredible. It’s one thing to win a gold medal, but it’s quite another to win a gold medal, break your own world record and then kiss your model girlfriend in front of tens of thousands of screaming supporters on the Olympic stage. Fair play, Mondo Duplantis. Fair play, indeed!
