Now we all already knew Miley Cyrus was a stoner because we’ve all seen this photo of her hitting the bong, but she is heard admitting that she smokes too much weed in this video taken at her party.
Miley is heard saying: “You know you’re a stoner when friends make you a Bob Marley cake – you know you smoke way too much f***in’ weed.”
To which Kelly Osbourne replies with: “I thought salvia was your problem, man?”
