Less than a couple of months after her notorious bong hit video went viral, Miley Cyrus has decided to talk about the incident for the first time in an interview with marieclaire.com
Predictably she said all the right things when questioned about it: “I’m not perfect … I made a mistake … I’m disappointed in myself for disappointing my fans”
When pushed further by the journalist, who seemed to think it wasn’t that bad an idea and was a fairly common occurrence for most 18 year olds (which it 100% is), Miley took on a fairly mature stance saying: “But they’re not Miley Cyrus,” she says. “They’re not role models. So for me it was a bad decision, because of my fans and because of what I stand for”
But surely all Miley Cyrus stands for is parties in the USA? And what better way to start a party than ripping a bong? Keep at it babe, sick chirpse is behind you.
