Mike Tyson is one of the most successful and recognisable boxers in the world, but he hasn’t been without his fair share of problems outside of the ring.

Tyson has made nearly a billion dollars in prize money during his career and like anyone in such a position, he obviously went out and spent it and at some points in his life was left flat out broke. He managed to turn it around, but some of the stuff he spent his money on was just completely insane.

I guess if you’ve got that much money though, you might as well flaunt it. Here’s a video explaining what he blew his fortune on – good one to watch on your lunch break:

Geez Iron Mike didn’t hold back there didn’t he? Not sure what the weirdest thing on that list is, but I’m pivoting towards the amount of money he spent on pigeons and how he was obsessed with them? That’s gotta be one of the weirdest things that anyone has spent a whole load of money on, right?

All the other stuff is fairly stupid, but just the kind of thing regular rich people end up buying. Pretty cool he had his own private nightclub in his house though. Must have had a few fun nights in there.
