Mental clip going viral out of Middlesbrough this week as a security guard tries to apprehend a woman who has (allegedly) shoplifted and assaulted a child, only to end up getting punched in the face for his efforts.

Ouch. I think even the security guard was shocked that he got punched, even though she did warn him with that classic “I’ll lob you one” line. Who does she think she is, Paul Scholes?

Fair play to the guy for reacting appropriately and professionally because I’m pretty sure most security guards would have a hard time restraining themselves after being sucker punched like that. It’s clear that young lady isn’t all there in the head to begin with so maybe he took that under consideration too.
