When you think of sushi, you don’t normally think that there’s a variety especially for people who love meat because it’s all fish.
Well, you’re wrong because this master sushi chef called Hiroyuki Terada has devised a recipe for what he’s calling the meat lover’s roll. it features fillet mignon, ham, bacon and a regular fillet, as well as avocado, scallion and tempura batter.
He perfectly illustrates how to make it in the video below but it’s a bit long at 15 minutes, so you can get the quick recipe below too. Enjoy – maybe try it with some bacon wrapped onion rings too.
