I’m not sure if McDonald’s ever really needed to improve upon their chicken nugget recipe, but they did bring out Spicy McNuggets a few years ago and they were so well received that it was a bit of a surprise that they didn’t stick around.

The fiery nuggets were originally around in 2019 and were served with a tub Tabasco sauce for the option of getting really wild, but we haven’t seen them since. McDonald’s have now confirmed that they’ll be returning from September 7th with a new and improved recipe, featuring a new blend of aged cayenne and chili pepper. 

You can buy the nuggets at the price of £3.49 for six or upgrade to nine or twenty for a little extra. Sadly you’re gonna have to be quick again because they’re only going to be available for a limited period – boooooo.

For the first time ever, Spicy McNuggets will also be included in the new game of McDonald’s Monopoly which also kicks off on the same day. The Big Tasty, McPlant, Mozzarella Dippers and Mars and Twix McFlurries will also be included for the first time too. Sounds like we should probably get along to McDonald’s on September 7th hey?
