A man who was caught having a wank by two boys in a leisure centre said he carried out the act because he lives with his mum.

Cheshire Live reports that Adrian Venables, of Kerry Croft, Ellesmere Port, appeared at Chester Magistrates Court charged with an act of outraging public decency.
The court heard how the 56-year-old was seen ‘performing a sex act’ in the showers at Northgate Arena Leisure Centre in Chester.
Two teenage boys, who had just finished a swimming lesson, entered the changing rooms where they saw Venables in the showers with his cock in his hand.
Rob Youds, prosecuting, said:
One of the boys said the male (Venables) was in the shower and started ‘playing with his bits’.
The male looked away at one point and was washing his chest and then started again.
He appeared to be looking around to check no one could see what he was doing.
He said he wasn’t aware anyone could see he was until police told him.
Venables, who was with his mum and sister in court (awkward), was arrested at the centre after the two boys told their parents who then rang police.
When Venables was arrested he told police he couldn’t touch himself at home because he lived with his mum and didn’t want to be disrespectful – so he did it in the showers when he went swimming instead.
He was ordered to serve a community order for 12 months, was fined £100, and will also pay court costs of £85 and a victim surcharge of £85.
Is it a crime to have a wank in the leisure centre showers? Erm apparently yes. Especially when there’s two young boys watching you do it, whether you’re aware of it or not.
The weirdest part of this story though is that Venables claims he doesn’t wank at home because it’s disrespectful to his mum. Has he really gone through 56 years of his life not wanking at home because he thinks it’s impolite? Yeah right, pull the other one pal (pun not intended but intended).
Still, not the worst excuse in the world – worth a try for sure. Way better excuse than the guy who had a 3-hour wank on the Megabus.
