A man named Ben Levy, 29, found himself so busy that he was often unable to get down to his local pub after work to enjoy a casual pint.

Instead of just accepting that this was the way things were, he decided to convert his VW campervan into a fully functional pub.
The mobile pub, which took several months to make and cost Ben thousands of pounds, comes with a bar, pub seating and a dartboard. It also has working beer taps, wine racks, disco lights and a bell for service. Jealous.
Ben has called his establishment ‘The Dub Inn’ and has also fitted it with a cooler and 240-volt power supply so that you can drinking Strongbow or Carling. He said:
I thought ‘let’s do something different’ so I decided I wanted to build a pub inside of it after a friend of mine came up with the idea.
I thought it was a bit of a joke at first – but it was something I hadn’t seen done before so I thought ‘why not?’
We have got a local pub here so it just started as nothing more than my own place to drink.
It has just been a case of doing it up on my days off.
It took me a few months earlier this year to completely transform it. I have basically done it all by myself.
It certainly looks the part because we have put in seating from an actual pub.
Incredible – not only has Ben created a casual and cosy little space for him and his buddies to drink, but it’s become so popular that he’s even now hiring it out for weddings and other special events. The place practically pays for itself.
