It’s always hard to justify a grown man smacking a child (especially one that isn’t his) in the face, but the internet seems to be divided on this incident taken on a train travelling through Borough Green in Kent.
A man straight out of Lock, Stock and 2 Smoking Barrels gives the teenager a PROPER slap after he supposedly threw something in the carriage, although the teenager denies it:

Well that’s not nice to see, is it? Some people on Twitter are celebrating the man and saying unruly kids on public transport could do with a good slap more often, but others argue there’s no situation in which smacking a child that hard in the face is acceptable. It’s a grown man straight up assaulting a minor, no matter how you try to frame it. You do have to wonder though, will this kid ever misbehave on public transport again?
A spokesman for British Transport Police said: “Officers are aware of a video showing an assault on board a train reportedly in the Borough Green area. Enquiries into this incident are ongoing, and anyone with information is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 290 of 18 December 2023.”
