In a clip going viral today, a woman and her dog are rescued from a car as the floodwaters swallow the vehicle. Three locals get involved and break open the car which is nearly all the way submerged, while a local news station filmed the whole thing:
Holy shit that was intense. That was like all the highs and lows of an entire action movie packed into 2 minutes. Even though the title of the video says the woman and her dog get rescued, I was still a bit nervous they weren’t going to make it. What an absolute hero that guy is, not only saving the woman’s life but her dog’s as well.
What I want to know is how long was that dog holding its breath for? He was under water the whole time that guy was trying to rescue the lady. Couldn’t have a better ending than seeing them both make it out alive.
