A 20-year-old man had sex with his family dog before threatening to kill his mum with a hammer after she walked in and witnessed the attack at their home.

Blake Reffett, from Elkhart, Indiana, was charged with bestiality and intimidation with a deadly weapon after his mum saw him raping the dog while it was pinned to the couch, reports MailOnline.

His mum told police that Reffett grabbed a hammer and told her to sit on the couch and not to call the police. He threatened to hit her in the face with the hammer, kill her, and then burn her body if she told anyone what he did.

Shortly after that, he ran away from home and his mum got straight on the phone to police to report what happened.

When police arrived at the family home, they found the dog had red marks and blood on him. A vet later diagnosed the pet with trauma, including trauma around the canine’s foreskin. Gross.

In the end, Reffett was arrested and is now being held on $50,000 bond. His case is scheduled for a jury trial on February 19, 2024, where no doubt he’ll be jailed for a very long time. Which is just as well because someone who does that to a dog will more than likely go on to abuse other animals and/or people in the same way, and worse.

Who even knows how many times he’d abused that poor dog previously? It’s just that this time he was caught in the act by his mum, which must’ve been absolutely f***ing mortifying to be fair. For both of them! One very mentally sick person who thankfully won’t be hurting any other living creature any time soon.
