First, some background – the Uber Eats driver who filmed this at 2AM in McDonald’s says the man was trying to chat up the girl in the video, and when he wouldn’t take no for answer, ended up fighting with 3 different dudes who came to her rescue. And that’s when the axe came out:

Honestly that might be one of the most terrifying things I’ve seen on the internet in a long time. As if the fact this guy was chatting a girl up in McDonald’s at 2AM wasn’t enough of a clue that we’re dealing with a complete psychopath, the way he just stood expressionless as they rained fists into the back and side of his head should have been a dead giveaway. If they weren’t running at that point, they should have been the moment he reached into his bag.
Anyway, the good news is that no one has seriously hurt, and knowing NYC this guy is probably walking around free as a bird with his trusty axe in his backpack as we speak. Don’t be messing with this dude if you ran into him in any late night takeaways – you have been warned.
