We’ve covered a whole load of crazy diets over the years here on Sick Chirpse, but this new one from a guy that people call the Wolverine might be the grossest one yet.

31 year old health and fitness coach Weam Brieche has decided to follow a raw meat diet and consumes up to five plates of raw organs every time he sits down for a meal. Sounds a bit much to me, but here’s what Weam had to say about his nutritional habits:
I first made the switch to cooked carnivore after my doctor informed me that I had a lot of inflammation in my digestive and nervous system.
As I adopted this diet, I started reading books about the benefits of meat and a lot of carnivore doctors eat their meat raw – so I decided to go for it.
I’m reading several books on being carnivore at the moment and there are no complications to this diet. It’s the ultimate elimination diet.
Being carnivore can reverse diabetes, blood pressure, heart disease and many autoimmune diseases.
You might risk bacterial infection, but a healthy gut is totally capable of destroying harmful bacteria.
My favourite raw food is my concoction [in the morning] and veal brains. I also like raw ribeyes and fillets.
I’m not a fan of raw chicken and pork – I’ve actually never tried them. I don’t even eat them cooked either.
I get a lot of love from people who want help – especially overweight kids that struggle with confidence.
I also get tons of hate, especially from the vegan community, who continuously report my account and threaten to remove it.
A lot of people focus on being in shape within the fitness world, but neglect actually being healthy – physically and mentally.
I’ve tried all diets and struggled with haemorrhoids, as well as anal fissures [in the past].
Using the restroom was a struggle for me, until I started my meat only diet and now my digestion is optimal.
Raw meat is the easiest to digest and I don’t care what doctors say, I know what I feel.
I guess you can’t really argue with him when he puts it like that, other than the fact that eating veal brains sounds and looks completely and utterly rank. I’m not really sure why he would want to try that but I guess he’s done his own research – you know, like all your Facebook friends – and he’s figured out what works for him so you can’t really criticise him. Unless you’re vegan of course, but if you’re a militant vegan then you’re probably going to have problems with most people who you come into contact. You can’t win them all.
Hope Weam is enjoying himself and doesn’t end up going crazy or turning into a caninibal or anything like that in the future. You definitely wouldn’t be surprised, right?
