So basically this Mexican lad was dumped by girlfriend just weeks after donating his kidney to her mum and saving her life. Not only did his GF dump him, she’s already married someone else! Uziel Martínez insists he’s over it already and that there’s no bad blood between them, but I’m not so sure that’s the case…

Fair play for putting a brave face on it and all, but there’s no way this guy isn’t devastated about the whole thing. I mean if you’re donating your kidney to your girlfriend’s mum, there has to be some level of confidence that you and the GF are in this for the long run. And yet as soon as his kidney had been donated, she ditched him and married someone else. I don’t want to make this worse for poor Uziel but is it possible his girlfriend was only banging him for the kidney? And was also seeing this other guy on the side the whole time? I’m sure that’s crossed his mind already without me putting it out there. A kind, generous, self-less, life-saving hero for sure. Just a shame he had to take a massive L at the end of it all. Any chance he can ask for the kidney back?

On the plus side – at least he can now say he’s been inside her mum. Checkmate!
