They say that the heat makes people do crazy things and here’s another prime example of it: a dude trying to block a combine harvester in the middle of a field after it got dust all over his sandwiches.

Apparently the old dude was enjoying a field side picnic with his family when the harvester blew dust all over his food and saw no better reaction than to run into the middle of the field and stand right in front of it and shout at it. He was eventually coaxed off out of the way by the farmer’s wife, but was so incensed that he ran out in front of the harvester again.

Really unsure what he was even trying to accomplish by standing in front of it other than dying, because I’m pretty sure he wasn’t going to be getting his sandwiches back, but apparently he thought it was 100% necessary to do it twice. Take a look at the footage below, along with the comments of the farmer’s daughter:

Yesterday we had an angry member of the public jump out in front of the combine around the headland because his sandwich was covered in dust.

He then came out again and stood in front of the combine. He was so lucky not to have been hit by a vehicle.

Thanks mum for de-escalation.

What an absolute freak! Sure, I can understand someone being upset because their sandwiches were ruined, but going up against a combine harvester is next level insanity.

Hate it when people get a bee in their bonnet about something like that and there’s absolutely nothing they can do about it but still engage in ridiculous behaviour like that. Such an annoying type of person. We all know one of them.
