UK drill rapper M Huncho has built a brand around being the masked rapper who hides his identity, but that’s all gone to shit now that one of his buddies filmed him sans mask and shared the footage online.

The video was first shared on TikTok, then found its way around the internet. Just as I was about to hit Publish on this post though the footage got taken down due to ‘copyright’, which I guess is M Huncho’s people doing damage control.

Never mind though, because here are the screenshots:

Oh wow, M Huncho is an Asian dude? Swear he’s been dropping N bombs in his music for the longest time. That might make things a bit awkward.

Indeed, not since Eddie Guerrero ripped off Rey Mysterio’s mask on WCW Nitro in 1997 has there been an unmasking of this magnitude, but just like Rey Mysterio, let’s hope M Huncho can continue to have a fruitful and productive career in his maskless form. Or he can just throw the mask back on and pretend it never happened, just like Rey Mysterio did?

Either way, I wouldn’t want to be M Huncho’s buddy who leaked the video right now. No smartphones permitted in the studio from now on, I guess.
