More and more stories of Lizzo bullying and sexually denigrating her dancers/staff are coming to light, prompting this completely out of touch Notes app statement where she flat out denies everything and takes zero responsibility for it:

This comes as one of the main people in the lawsuit claims that at one point, she was so afraid of leaving rehearsal with Lizzo that she straight up peed herself. As described by NBC:
The day before, Lizzo had told the group that they would have to audition again, a move that prompted what the suit described as an “excruciating” 12-hour rehearsal.
If Lizzo was dissatisfied with their performances, the suit alleges, the dancers would be fired and sent home.
During the rehearsal, Davis was so fearful she’d lose her job if she went to the bathroom, she soiled her pants. She was given a see-through outfit with no undergarments to finish the performance, the suit says.
The attorney for the dancers suing Lizzo has responded to her denying the allegations, and let’s just say it isn’t looking good for Lizzo:
“Given Lizzo is denying that any of this happened, let’s take it to trial. More witnesses are coming forward every day corroborating the plaintiffs’ allegations, so we’re looking forward to facing Lizzo and her team in court.”
The attorney also said the dancer’s experiences “seem to go against everything Lizzo stands for publicly”, which sounds like a real career-ender if these allegations turn out to be true. There are stories about her ‘forcing’ her dancers to eat bananas out of the vaginas of sex workers in Amsterdam, and fat-shaming her staff like a fat auntie might fat shame her niece. These stories, and the ones still coming out, are NOT good. Even random people on the internet are piping up:
Well, anyway, good luck to Lizzo’s PR team. Not sure advising her to release that Notes app was the best move but you’ve got to start somewhere.
