LIMP BIZKIT NEW VIDEO – GOLD COBRA

So I’ve been pretty excited about the new Limp Bizkit album Gold Cobra for a few months now, as you could see by my various Limp Bizkit related posts on Sick Chirpse over the past couple of months. I just love Limp BIzkit, what can I say? It takes me back to my youth where a guy rapping about breaking people’s faces and nookie somehow captured the hearts and minds of a generation. I actually downloaded a copy of the new Limp Bizkit album Gold Cobra a couple of days ago (and it totally rules and satisfies everything you would expect from a Limp Bizkit album. My favourite song is probably Shark Attack which features lines like ‘You heard of freddy kruegger i’m kinda like that a red cap and awooga’) but I guess some people aren’t as skilled at downloading as me so I thought I would post up the new video for the lead single off the album which is imaginatively entitled Gold Cobra.

The video for Gold Cobra isn’t as ridiculous as you might expect from a Limp Bizkit video. Sure, I think Ben Stiller is in at the start and Fred Drust seems to be paying some bizarre homage to Michael Jackson, but the rest of it is pretty standard. Limp Bizkit are playing on a roof, Limp Bizkit are playing in one of those weird sewage things from Terminator 2, there are a bunch of Limp Bizkit girls waving their tits around and dancing, Fred Durst skateboards for a bit, Wes Borland is completely white – you get the idea. Still, it ticks all the right boxes for a new Liml Bizkit song and a new Limp Bizkit video. If you haven’t downloaded Gold Cobra yet, maybe you should. Or alternatively wait until Monday and buy it.
