Lily Allen has decided to bless the world with the story of the time she lost her virginity, which resulted in her dad calling the police.

The ‘Smile’ singer, 38, did the deed during a family holiday in Brazil with her dad Keith and brother Alfie, after she snuck off to a man’s hotel.

Recalling the drama, Lily told Alan Carr on his Life’s A Beach podcast:

‘I actually went missing. I lost my virginity to a guy called Fernando in Brazil. When I was about 12, no I am joking.

They [her parents] thought I actually went missing. I went to his hotel room, and I was on holiday with my dad and brother, and obviously didn’t come back to my room.’

12 years old? Deary me. Lily slept in the next day, oblivious to the fact that her parents were in full-on panic mode and had called the police to search for her.

‘I woke up and there was police all over the hotel. They were literally combing the beach and had T-shirts [asking], “Is this what she was wearing?” I didn’t have the heart to say, no, I was just losing my virginity.

It was all a bit traumatic, and I didn’t have sex again then for a while.’

Lily Allen also revealed in her autobiography ‘My Thoughts Exactly’ how, when 14, she had a one-night stand with a celebrity friend of her dad’s:

‘After the match, the TV star left his football gear in my dad’s car, and I was dispatched to his hotel to return it.

We arranged to meet in the bar there. He bought me a couple of drinks, then took me up to his room and had sex with me.

I was 14. He was 19, but to me he seemed like someone from a different generation.

Afterwards, I felt funny about it. I knew what had happened wasn’t right…’

Lily’s feelings about the hookup turned to anger after her dad made a joke of it:

‘My dad turned it into a shtick with his friends.

They made up elaborate schemes to blackmail the guy and they rehearsed how they’d call him up and put the s**ts up him.

I just know that my dad turned me having sex with this guy I hardly knew, into a joke between him and his mates. That didn’t make me feel good.’

Jeez. What is wrong with Keith Allen? She may as well have told him the truth about this Fernando geezer is Brazil because it doesn’t really sound like he would’ve been too bothered. Is it any wonder she was a bit of a wild child after having these sorts of experiences at such a young age?

Nowadays, Lily is happily married to David Harbour AKA Hopper from Stranger Things, so all’s well that ends well I guess.
