A Disturbed concert is probably the last place you would expect to find an 8-year-old girl, but it resulted in a heartwarming moment this week during the West Palm Beach, Florida leg of the band’s Take Back Your Life tour.
At one point things got a bit too intense for the young girl, and David Draiman straight up paused the concert to have a chat and reassure her:

How sweet is that? According to someone on Reddit what happened is that the little girl was singing all the lyrics and David invited her to come onstage with him and she freaked out and started crying. He immediately stopped the show and went down to talk to her. Probably the greatest moment of that little girl’s life!
Great to see the parents’ reactions too. They were on cloud 9 the entire time! Didn’t try to speak for their daughter or hijack her moment at all. That’s awesome parenting.
