There were some bizarre scenes over the weekend after Nate Diaz choked out a guy who looked like Logan Paul in the streets during a party in New Orleans and now it looks like his upcoming boxing match against his brother Jake could be in jeopardy because of it.

New Orleans police have issued an arrest warrant for Nate Diaz on suspicion of second-degree battery following the choke out and at the time of writing it’s unknown whether Nate is going to come in of his own accord and whether or not it might affect his fight with Jake that’s scheduled to go down in August. Never fear though, as a possibly even more interesting opponent has thrown his name into the hat to act as a backup if things with Nate don’t work out and Jake was happy to accept the proposition too.

Here’s how it went down:

Well that’s all fine and dandy then I guess and there’s probably quite a few people out there – you know, fans of YouTubers – that would rather see these guys fight than Jake and Nate. Only problem is that KSI regularly fights at 175 so Jake is being a bit of a dxck there making him fight at 185, but maybe they can work that out in extended negotiations.

Either way, it hopefully looks like Jake will be fighting in August whatever happens with Nate Diaz which should appease his little nation of Jake Paulers. Be interesting to see what happens with Nate in the next couple of days though and if he faces any actual backlash for his actions over the weekend.

EDIT: Of course it didn’t take too long for Nate Diaz to get involved either, telling the two scared pxssies to fight each other anyway. Maybe they could do some kind of triple threat boxing match? Nate Diaz special guest referee?
