Kim Kardashian loves nothing more than discussing her sex life, so obviously her relationship with comedian Pete Davidson was going to come up in the new season of ‘The Kardashians’.

I doubt any of us would have predicted that Kim would talk about honouring her grandmother by having sex in front of a fireplace though. Actually, someone out there probably could have seen that coming. Some weird Kardashian superfan.

Anyway, Kim was actually talking to her 88 year old grandmother MJ when she disclosed the information, saying the following:

You know what’s so crazy? Pete and I were staying at the Beverly Hills Hotel last weekend and we were sitting in front of the fireplace just talking for hours.

I was like, “My grandma told me that you really live life when you have sex in front of the fireplace”.

And so, we had sex in front of the fireplace in honour of you.

I know that’s probably creepy.

Yeah that is pretty weird and MJ agreed, laughing it of and saying yeah it IS pretty creepy to think of your grandma before having sex. Classic MJ.

Anyway, I know we can all agree that it’s a bit gross for Kim to have done that and probably even grosser for her to disclose that information to her grandma and the general public – although I suppose it’s cool that she can talk about her sex life with extended members of her family – but what’s the deal with even shagging in front of the fireplace in the first place? I suppose it’s kind of cool and hot and it looks good in the movies sure, but I think there are probably better ways for you to live your best life out there? I dunno bungee jumping or surfing or running your own business or taking the day off the eat ice cream or whatever? Maybe I’m just being cynical though?

Oh and the sad news is that Pete and Kim broke up back in August. Guess that fireplace sex wasn’t enough for either of them to live their best lives together hey? Sad. Hope they both go on to bigger and better things.
