Kanye West and Kim Kardashian seem to be in a competition to see who can traumatise their kids the most, and it looks like Kim has gained the edge after telling 9-year-old North West about the night she was conceived on this week’s episode of the Kardashians.
Kim and North were visiting designer Olivier Rousteing in Paris when Kim explained how the fashion mogul indirectly had something to do with North’s conception:
“Northie, I’ve known Olivier since before you were a baby. And he gave daddy this blue dress that daddy wanted for me.
It was my birthday the year before you were born and I wore the dress, and I got pregnant and you got in my belly the night I wore that dress. So, Olivier might have a little something to do with the reason you’re on this planet.”
O…K then. I’m not sure North West quite understood what her mum was getting at, but maybe it wouldn’t sound so odd if she hadn’t brought this up on a reality TV show watched by millions of people every week. Whatever happened to the birds and bees eh?
