I’m not sure why Kid Rock is being interviewed on BBC News about Trump’s inauguration, but he managed to derail the segment anyway by hitting on presenter Caitriona Perry, after being charmed by her lovely Irish accent.

Swing and a miss there by the 54-year-old rock legend. Who knows, he may have actually stood a chance if he didn’t look like a meth addict on work release who’s lost custody of his kids. Still, did he genuinely think she was going to say ‘yes’? Did the prat even realise they were still live on air?

Funnily enough, this isn’t Caitriona Perry’s first rodeo. The reporter also had Donald Trump himself onto her during his last Presidency. So I guess the whole thing is totally on-brand for someone who Trump could appoint as the next Secretary of State, for all we know.
