Fast food restaurants are really doing everything they can to get people back to visiting them following the pandemic and the latest effort comes from KFC, who are brining back their 80 piece popcorn chicken bucket for just £5.99.

The bucket will be available from Monday and the even better news is that because KFC is taking part in the government’s legendary ‘Eat Out To Help Out’ scheme on Monday – Wednesday for the rest of August the bucket will only cost £2.99. That’s an absolutely outrageous price I’m sure you’ll agree.
Here’s what KFC had to say about the new addition to their menu:
Remember February? Feels a long time ago. It was back then (in those face mask-free days) that we surprised the nation with the release of the 80 Piece Popcorn Chicken Bucket.
Well it was such a hit that we’ve decided to bring it back again. From next Monday (24 August) onwards, you and your mates can enjoy 80 pieces of our 100 percent chicken breast Popcorn Chicken for just £5.99.
That’s 80 pieces of bite-sized fun to share… the only question to ask yourself is who are the clucky friends you’ll split it with?”
I mean I think they’re being a bit optimistic there because we all know that everyone who gets one of these is probably going to wolf it down in one go or at least leave it in the fridge for when they’re drunk late at night or hungover the morning after. Only options available I’m afraid.
