Despite seven pets dying in her care already, Katie Price decided to get a new puppy the other week which prompted someone to start a petition (currently at 35,000 signatures) asking that the RSPCA investigate the situation.

Sure enough, the former Page 3 legend is already in hot water with fans regarding her treatment of new Germany Shepherd puppy ‘Tank’. She’s been accused of ‘hitting’ the puppy while live on TikTok after it sat on her clothes:

Well, it’s hard to tell exactly what happened there, but she does appear to whack the dog off-camera. According to Metro, later in the footage she has her head in her hands, apparently frustrated with the animal’s presence.

Before appearing to strike the dog, she says:

‘You’re sitting on my jumpers, which I love. Get off. Jesus Christ… Anyway, as I was saying…’

The comments are filled with her fans saying things like “omgggg” and “did she just hit her dog?”, with few willing to give her the benefit of the doubt given her sketchy track record with pets.

Nine weeks ago, Katie Price’s ‘protection dog’, Blade, died after being hit by a car. Seven months before that, her dog Sharon was killed on the same road. A year before that, another of her dogs was hit by a delivery driver and died from its injuries.

Her French bulldog Rolo also died after being squashed and suffocating under a chair in her home. She also had to give away her Alsatian named Bear after it kept attacking other dogs.

Not long ago, we revealed that Katie Price’s car insurance is at 5 figures (!) due to her long history of driving bans and offences. I feel like we’re one of the few publications that try to stick up for Katie Price but ffs – it’s like she can’t do anything without it turning into an absolute disaster. Come on Katie, sort it out!
