So yesterday there was a whole bunch of reports that Kate Middleton had been spotted looking “happy, healthy and relaxed” at the Windsor Farm Shop with Prince William. No one believed it for a second because it was all coming from “onlookers” who told The Sun, with not a single photo taken by the paparazzi or press or public, which seemed unlikely.
Well sure enough, video evidence of Kate Middleton leaving the Windsor Farm Shop was soon made available, and it definitely does look like her if you ask me…

Of course, social media is far from convinced and they’ve presented their case in a number of ways, including this apparent ‘unblurring’ of the image which would suggest it isn’t Kate Middleton at all, but rather a lookalike, or at least Kate Middleton with a load of work done to her face. In fact, is that even Prince William?
There’s loads more Sherlock Holmes-level detective work going on from those who are simply not satisfied with the idea that Kate Middleton is alive and well and sticking to her Easter return date as originally promised…
Again, chances are that there’s nothing sinister going on and that the internet is just being its usual paranoid and conspiratorial self, but at the same time, I do kinda want to believe the conspiracy theories are true. If it really is Kate Middleton in that footage, and if she really did have abdominal surgery and has just been alive and well this entire time, then that would be so BORING after all this fuss that’s been made. There’ve been so many rumours swirling around about her disappearance that anything less would now be a major disappointment to us all. Where’s the drama? Where’s the BBL? Who was that being driven around in the passenger seat of her mum’s car?
On the other hand, we don’t want to see another Princess Diana situation so let’s hope Kate Middleton is OK and on course to making her official return and maybe even filling us in about some of the finer details of whatever her surgery entailed. Maybe we could’ve avoided all this nonsense if she’d just been straight up with us from the beginning? After all, the Royal Family are meant to keep us up to speed with Royal Family news – it’s their one and only job!
