The latest debate between the two candidates vying to be Prime Minister was abruptly stopped last night after presenter Kate McCann fainted and collapsed on stage while the camera was focused on a speech from Liz Truss.
In fairness, I think my body would give up the ghost too if I was forced to be in that room listening to that nonsense:

Probably caused by all that hot air. The good news is that Kate McCann is now ‘fine’ but better still – that Talk TV have confirmed the debate will not resume after being taken off the air. Result!
Talk TV issued the following statement:
‘Kate McCann fainted on air tonight and although she is fine, the medical advice was that we shouldn’t continue with the debate
We apologise to our viewers and listeners.’
Roughly 180,000 members of the Tory party will now vote on which of the two candidates will become their leader and therefore PM. Truss is the frontrunner to take over at Number 10 after the results are announced on September 5. Can hardly wait 😒
