Kanye West just lost his wife and kids (to Pete Davidson no less) so obviously this wasn’t going to be a joyous poem. What’s really surprising about it though is that he didn’t mention Pete Davidson – even once. Fair to say though, the guy is down in the dumps…
Powerful stuff. No revenge fantasies of decapitating his love rival – just Kanye speaking from the heart about the toll this divorce is taking on him. Which kinda makes you feel sorry for him even though he’s essentially stalking Kim Kardashian at this point; buying a house down the road from her, harassing her on social media, turning up at her door and threatening her new boyfriend. If he was just an average joe and not Kanye West – would he be getting away with all that? Probably not, even with that beautiful poem he wrote.
P.S. Has anyone seen the new Kanye documentary on Netflix? I watched the first 2 episodes and it’s crazy how much he’s changed (even though it’s been like 20 years). His first albums were classics but even back then you can see what a grandiose self mentality he had. He’s still that guy except now he’s a billionaire with unbelievable success so all that is amplified. Guy’s a legend at the end of the day. Let’s hope he sorts himself out and stops stalking his ex-wife ASAP.
