Here’s some news that will make Mickey Rourke happy: singer JoJo Siwa has ‘realised she’s not a lesbian’ after just two weeks in the Celebrity Big Brother house.

JoJo Siwa informed housemate Danny Beard of her epiphany the other night, saying:

“I feel so queer. I’ve never – I think I’ve always told myself I’m a lesbian. I think you – I think being here – I’ve realised I am not a lesbian, I’m queer.

“And I think that’s really cool, I’m switching letters! F*** the L, I’m going to the Q! That’s what I love about sexuality.”

Now you may be thinking – tomato, tomato? But looking into it, identifying as ‘queer’ now gives JoJo Siwa more flexibility as far as who or what she’s attracted to. While a lesbian is a woman who is exclusively attracted to other women, being queer is a broader term that applies to anyone who identities outside of heterosexual norms. Which kind of just makes it more vague and confusing but I guess is useful for people who don’t want to be put into any box (pun not intended but intended).

Now unless I’m missing something, for JoJo Siwa to come to the realisation that she’s not a lesbian while inside the Celebrity Big Brother house, surely it must mean she feels an attraction to a man in there? Maybe an intense attraction to Mickey Rourke who she misses terribly? Or maybe Love Island hunk Chris Hughes who she’s been getting close to in there.

One thing seems apparent – the lesbian community on X is not happy with her declaring “f*** the L, I’ve gone to the Q”, and I’m guessing her girlfriend on the outside won’t be too happy about these developments either. Can you imagine if Mickey Rourke was right all along after ribbing JoJo about her sexuality?

Speaking of Mickey Rourke, word is he’s set to take ITV to court over his Big Brother experience and the fact ‘they left him with a £50k hotel bill’…
