It was revealed a couple of weeks ago that Johnny Depp had cut off his beard and looked remarkably different without it and now fans are having their minds blown even further after he talks in the Captain Jack Sparrow voice whilst looking like that.

Depp was hanging around meeting some disabled fans – as he does pretty much all the time now – when he slipped from his normal voice into Sparrow’s distinctive trademark drunken slurs at a moment’s notice after one of them asked him to do so. Take a look at the footage below and see how weird it is hearing Johnny talk like that without any facial hair.

That is really strange isn’t it? But it is definitely Johnny Depp as you can’t really question that performance as Jack Sparrow once he slips into it. Just so weird that he’s decided to start shaving all the time now after he just looked so cool with his facial hair. It was almost a part of him right?
