The Tiger King era was like a fever dream that never even happened, but it’s now been 3 years and Joe Exotic is still making headlines; this time for announcing he’s running for President.
Joe has already launched a 2024 campaign website, and told the NY Post that he plans to run as a libertarian candidate.

One of his major policies? Assassinating the tyrannical Vladimir Putin:
We’ve taken out other people in the world. Why are we playing with this man? Are we that scared of his nuclear weapons? What’s going on [in] Ukraine is wrong.
When asked directly if he was calling for Putin to be taken out, he responded:
You got me right.
Joe Exotic remains behind bars until 2035 after being convicted of plotting the assassination of Carole Baskin, so he clearly has experience with this sort of thing. He’s always denied the allegations and once famously asked for a pardon from President Trump, which didn’t quite happen.
Now, Exotic would like former congresswoman Liz Cheney to be his running mate in 2024, because she “has guts”:
I mean, obviously she’s a Republican and I’m a Libertarian, so we’d have to discuss some items.
I’m sure she can’t wait to get involved. Joe Exotic’s biggest motivation to become President will of course be that if he wins, he’ll be able to pardon himself and go straight from his jail cell to the White House. Hey, a man can dream, can’t he?
