Aston Merrygold from JLS turned into Aston Merryfold at the band’s gig at Sheffield’s Utilita Arena on Saturday, attempting a back flip and smashing his spine into a million pieces in front of thousands of fans.

Welp, I guess it’s important to remember that Aston isn’t 18 anymore. He’s a whole 35 years old! So fair play to him for even attempting that in front of so many people at a live show, and respect for getting up and carrying on like nothing even happened. Hopefully no long term damage so we can keep watching it on repeat, guilt-fre.
