Jeremy Clarkson might be one of the most popular television presenters in this country despite some of his controversial recent decision, but I don’t think I ever pegged him as being one of the sexiest.

Somehow he apparently is exactly that though after he came out top of a poll that extra martial dating site IllicitAffairs.com ran recently. It’s important to note though that there is somewhat of a caveat here in the format of the poll after 2000 female users of the site were asked to rank 5o different celebrities to find out which was the overall sexiest.
It’s still mad that Clarkson came out top of a list that included people like Idris Elba and Ryan Reynolds, but it’s not quite as crazy as if everyone taking part in the poll had randomly picked him out of nowhere. Here’s the top 10 list as well as the comments of spokesperson Jessica Leoni:

We knew providing our members with a list of 50 famous names across both genders and asking them to score them on their ‘affair factor’ would throw up some shocks, and it didn’t disappoint.
With the wax jacket and tweed shirt, clearly, Clarkson’s bad boy farmer vibe is working for the Over 30s. Landing top spot in our table won’t earn him diddly squat, but I’m sure it will give him bragging rights on the farm.
Yeah I think as well that you have to remember that this poll was completed by women who are looking to have an affair and are most likely older, so that kinda makes a bit more sense as to why they find Jeremy Clarkson so appealing. Surely that isn’t going to be the same for young people in this country right? I hope not.
You’ve gotta think that’s the case when Martin Lewis and Mike Tindall are beating out people like Idris Elba and also when Mikel Arteta is even anywhere near the top 10. Older people have a type I guess.
