Although they probably haven’t aged particularly well, there aren’t too many more iconic 90s/00s movies than the ‘American Pie’ trilogy and a big part of that was the horny character of Stifler’s mom – played by Jennifer Coolidge – and the way that she had her way with Paul Finch in pretty much every one of the films. Not that he didn’t enjoy it of course.

Anyway, I imagine that there are countless teenage boys from that period that spent their nights wanking into their socks over their VHS copy of the movie and in news that probably doesn’t surprise anyone, it also led to a sexual reawakening for Coolidge herself. In a recent interview with Variety she said the following:

Lol. Love the way she just drops that in all casual like it’s not that big a deal. I don’t think I know anyone who’s slept with 200 people and she managed to make it happen after the age of 40. Iconic behaviour. Most people have settled down with kids at that point.

Her wikipedia page says that she’s never been married or even had any noteworthy relationships other than comedian Chris Kattan which kinda explains hows she was able to do that. I guess she just wanted to get some and who can blame her?
