Since the inception of the Premier League in 1992, there have been a total of 31 seasons in which seven clubs have lifted the trophy.
Over the course of the last thirty years, exciting title races have occurred on numerous occasions. The 1994/95 campaign saw Manchester United and Blackburn Rovers go into the final day with both having a chance to win the league. Recently, Manchester City and Liverpool have endured final day deciders in both the 2018/19 and 2021/22 seasons, with City coming out on top each time.
Could this season perhaps see the most exciting climax to a top flight season since 1992? As three clubs are all in the hunt for the trophy.
Premier League Title Odds
With regards to a bet on football online, Man City are the current favourites at odds of 2/5 to lift their fourth league title in a row, thus establishing a new English record in the process.
Arsenal are currently sitting at odds of 7/2 in terms of Premiership betting which is largely due to their recent form, not losing in the top flight since the end of 2023.
Jurgen Klopp’s Liverpool side are also putting together a fine run of results recently as they look to win their second-ever Premier League title, with the Reds at odds of 5/1 to lift the trophy next month.

Klopp is leaving the Anfield side at the end of the season, hoping to go out with a bang with another title next month.
The Reds have lost just twice in the top flight all season, ensuring last season was a mere blip on Klopp’s legacy, and he would dearly love to depart with more silverware in the trophy cabinet.
The trio have plenty of tough games to come in the coming weeks, meaning there may be a few twists and turns yet to come.
While City may be slight favourites, the way things have gone throughout 2023/24, each of the three contenders has just as good a chance as the others to claim glory.
It should go down as the most exciting Premier League season of all time, especially if the trophy isn’t won until the final day.
