We’ve all seen the typical travel photos of a lass on a beach, facing away from the camera whilst her caption shouts out her bikini sponsor, or a photo taken from a guy’s perspective as he holds his girlfriend’s hands as, again, she’s facing away from the camera, looking out at the golden horizon. Honestly, even I’ve been guilty of the Basic Bitxh Poses – but the Instagram account @insta_repeat really takes this concept to a whole new level.

The owner of the account is a 27-year-old from Alaska, who claims to have started the account merely because she kept seeing the same images over and over again (and evidently had a decent amount of spare time to roast them on her Insta). Her whole account is made up of compilations of other people’s travel photos, all bearing striking similarities – down to the exact same location, same angle, and same poses. Honestly, her whole account defo makes you realise that you’re just as unoriginal as everyone else.

The account offers the perfect opportunity to laugh at people that get paid thousands for each post, whilst also pretty much serving as a recipe for a successful Instagram account – if you copy half of the photos then you’re sure to become famous almost instantly. The only downside is that you’ll 100% be attacked by millions on the internet.
For more of the same, check out this Instagram model who took photos of herself giving birth. Not cool either.
