There’s several layers of nope to this one. So it looks like in Indonesia’s capital of Jakarta, a couple have been arrested after claims that the man killed his wife’s rapist, before cutting off his penis. The pair then cooked it and ate it together. Yep. Gross.

The man in question: Rudi Efendi, 30, admitted to murdering the man, also named Rudi, after discovering his wife was not a virgin on their wedding night and subsequently being told about the alleged rape.

Efendi told reporters he did what he did in order to ‘cure his heartache’. He went on:

I was so mad at him for raping my wife that I planned to kill him.

I ate his genitals in a bid to assuage my fury.

I did it all myself, my wife had nothing to do with this.

The victim, whose body was found in a burnt-out van in early October, was a driver that the wife used to date. Efendi asked his wife to set up a meeting with the alleged rapist. When the man arrived, he found only Efendi, who stabbed him to death, severed his penis and set fire to the van.

Local police have said:

The case is still under investigation but we strongly suspect that this is a premeditated murder.

Definitely looks that way doesn’t it>

This story is all a bit much. Indonesia has previous with cannibalism, with some of the tribesman of Indonesian New Guinea practicing it, whilst they also have a strange obsession with female virginity.

I suppose Effendi and his wife’s reaction is an amalgamation of these two cultural phenomenons. Disgusting.
