Two American tourists who tried to do a runner from a horse and carriage driver in Dublin, Ireland, ended up cowering by a wall as the driver whipped them into oblivion, even though they ended up coughing up the cash.
The footage was taken on Tuesday, just after St. Patrick Day’s celebrations the day before:

Killer hiding spot, guys. Now in fairness to these two American tourists, these horse/cart drivers in Dublin are notorious for scamming people for double/triple the money at the end of the ride. So it’s unclear whether these two refused to pay for that reason (I mean, $100, really?), or whether they were genuinely mugging this Irishman off.
Either way, not a great look for the Irish Tourism Board to have this clip of some old Irish git whipping two Americans into smithereens go viral. Have to admit though, I did laugh at the end when the tourists said “we’ve learnt our lesson, thank you.” How cheeky can you get? Lucky to avoid another another whipping tbh.
