You know when you order a halloumi burger and it arrives and it’s just like three or four chunks of halloumi inside a burger with some relish? Well, not any more.

This is because Iceland have taken the somewhat unprecedented step of releasing a halloumi burger that isn’t just lumps of halloumi but actually a full massive patty made out of the stuff. The 90g burger features 50% more halloumi than competitors at all your other supermarkets like Asda, Sainsbury’s and Tesco and also comes covered in breadcrumbs for a whole lot more crunch. Sounds great hey?

A pack of two burgers will set you back £2.50 and they’re available right now, either to BBQ or stick in the oven. Imagine when your BBQ finally rolls around – probably gonna be a while still with this crappy weather – and you have the option of these badboys for all your vegetarian guests. Definitely gonna be the talk of the town up there.
For more of the same, check out these halloumi fries from Aldi. So delicious.
