During the pandemic, Ice Cube was set to star alongside Jack Black in a Sony comedy called ‘Oh Hell No’ – which is what he ended up saying to producers who requested that all cast members be vaccinated in order to participate in production in Hawaii.

He explained on Joe Rogan’s podcast this week that he was canned from the movie due to his refusal to take the vaccine, which meant saying goodbye to a $9M payday:

Well, it doesn’t sound like he has any regrets, so fair play to him on that. Even if it meant missing out on an extra $9M and a chance to go to Hawaii! In fact it seems like what Ice Cube is most annoyed about is that Hollywood insiders leaked the story when he would rather keep his medical information private.

The most amazing part about this though is that Ice Cube is still being offered $9 million roles! Is he still that big of a draw? I can’t remember anything decent he’s been in since the Friday films. Speaking of which, they discussed those too:
