It’s been a couple days now and people still can’t quite come to grips that friendly Bran-carrying giant Hodor is dead.
Hodor met a grisly end while yelling out “hold the door” as he tried to keep the White Walkers at bay, revealing the origin of his name in the process.

Well one opportunistic fan has created the ultimate item to remember Hodor by – a Hodor door stopper that’ll keep the door open every time.
The Kickstarter campaign has already hit its funding target of $500.
Creator Todd Blatt writes:
While of course most of us aren’t over it yet and maybe this is too soon, perhaps this doorstop will bring you and your friends some joy after the loss of one of our beloved TV characters.
Meanwhile, the improvised versions:

Just brings those tears right back. Of all the characters in Game of Thrones, Hodor was probably the least deserving of death. I think pretty much every other character has done something fucked up where you would accept someone wanting to kill them. Not Hodor though. That guy never did anything wrong. All he did was help Bran out his entire life and what did he get in return? A fatal mauling at the hands of the White Walkers. Fuck Bran. RIP Hodor. RIP that direwolf too.
