Hey guys, happy 2023. Obviously we weren’t working in the dead zone between new year and Christmas, but no doubt you saw that internet celebrity/motivation coach/incel idol Andrew Tate was arrested in Romania during this time on alleged charges relating to human trafficking and rape.

I’m not really sure if we know all the details at this point, but it’s well known that Tate runs some kind of sex chat company where loads of women work for him talking dirty on video cams to losers all over the world. I’m also pretty sure that he claimed to have persuaded them to do this by making them fall in love with him and then making them do whatever he wanted, but I’m not 100% sure on the fine details again.

Anyway, neither of those things look too good in this context, but we probably shouldn’t celebrate his downfall too soon before we know exactly what’s going on. Thankfully, one of Andrew Tate’s best friends of the last 15 years has decided to tell us! What a lucky break right there.

Here’s what this Tam Marsh guy – who I think is another kickboxer – had to say about it all:

He is a good brother and I do not believe anything which is being accused of him. Yes, let me say one thing right now. Unless you give me video and they produce video proof of him kidnapping and harming a female, then I’ll put my hands up and say he’s wrong, he’s guilty, and have nothing to do with him. But anything else, I’ll never accept.

I’m not gonna go by witness testimonies, I don’t believe in the system, I believe they’re all out to get him. I don’t go by hearsay, I wanna see real proof. Until that day, I’ll never believe any of these rumours. Why? Cause, I know the guy personally, I know his big heart, I know how loving he is, I’ve seen him around situations you wouldn’t even know, I don’t wanna mention.

Yeah, I’m not really sure about that, are you? It’s sort of like that defence where you say ‘well, this person’s always been cool with me and acted like that whenever I’ve been around them, so there’s no way they’ve murdered anyone’ and then they turn out to be Ted Bundy or someone similar. Everyone can be fooled buddy, but I suppose at least he’s saying if he sees video evidence he’ll believe it. That’s more than some people.

Anyway, some of the stuff this Tam guy says might actually be true – there could be some kind of agenda against him from the West and putting pressure on Romania to get rid of him or maybe it has something to do with the country trying to improve their international standing (although not EU membership as they’ve been a member since 2007 idiot) – but I don’t really think what he’s saying here has much value on it. He probably could have done writing a script too because his video is almost as rambling and long winded without making any real point as one of Tate’s monologues. Be interesting to see how this develops.
