I don’t think anyone could have foreseen how successful the John Wick franchise was going to be when it was first released back in 2014, but it’s safe to say that the anticipation for the latest chapter is reaching fever pitch after the events of the third movie back in 2019.

‘John Wick: Chapter Four’ sees the titular character coming for The High Table after Ian McShane’s Winston betrayed him and threw him off the top of a building at the end of the last one and it looks like it’s going to involve him killing a hell of a lot of people if the trailer below is anything to go by. It wouldn’t be John Wick if the body count wasn’t absolutely humongous though would it?

​​John Wick (Keanu Reeves) uncovers a path to defeating the High Table. But before he can earn his freedom, Wick must face off against a new enemy with powerful alliances across the globe and forces that turn old friends into foes.

So pretty much more of the same I guess? It’s pretty cool that he seems to be in Paris and also that they’ve got him riding a horse again, but in the desert this time. Very edgy.

The movie is released on March 24th so we haven’t even got to wait too long to see it either. It’s also going to be almost three hours long which I’m not sure if I’m that stoked about because really long movies tend to drag a bit, but I suppose if there’s loads of fighting and shooting people then it might just fly by. Here’s hoping.
