In this film, Redman and Method Man play the main roles. They play weed smokers who get into Harvard because of smoking marijuana fertilized by their dad’s friend’s ashes. During this comedy, they create a truth serum and discover artefacts of Ben Franklin’s bong. It is a great easy weed comedy to have a pleasant night in front of your TV.
Pineapple Express
Pineapple Express is a famous movie that started a pot-fueled collaboration between Seth Rogen and James Franco. They had already played stoner friends on the TV “Freaks And Geeks”. Rogen is a process server who became a witness to a murder, and James Franco is his drug dealer involved in the mess. The situation gets violent, but they realize they have been best friends throughout the movie.
Dude, Where’s My Car?
It is another classic movie on our list. Nine years before the Hangover, Ashton Cutcher and Sean Wiliam Scott wake up and don’t remember the night. The main question of the film is where they parked their car. The following action includes fighting aliens and a cannabis-craving pooch. If you haven’t seen this movie, we recommend trying it.
Up In Smoke
This movie is a classic example of pot comedy. Up in Smoke is the first of many Cheech and Chong films. The simple plot shows us a van made of cannabis, crossing borders, and a Battle of the Bands. This duet made seven movies together, and there were plans to create Up in Smoke 2, but they stopped. This film should see everyone who wants to be aware of cannabis culture.
Harold & Kumar Go To White Castle
This film is pretty similar to the previous one from our list. Harold and Kumar meet racist cops, crazy truckers, and sports pans and escape maniacal. This film has two sequels that you can also watch if you like the first part.
Clerks
This film from 1994 made Jay and Silent Bob real celebrities. They have become immortalized in the comic book as Blunt man and Chronic, but in their first time on screen, they are simple dealers who harass put-upon Dante on his day off.

This film is a parody of Super Size Me. Doug Bensons try to not to consume weed for a month and then uses it all the time. Interestingly, his SAT score and sperm count improved after a month of marijuana smoking. However, he also gained eight pounds during this time.
Don’t Be a Menace To South Central While Drinking Your Juice In The Hood
Shawn and Marlon Wayans played in this parody of many 90s hood films. It is a perfect parody of the whole genre, in which we can even see a granny smoking weed.
Half Baked
Dave Chappelle and Neal Brennan created Half Baked. It is a story of a janitor and his weed-smoking friends forced to be weed dealers after killing a diabetic police horse. You will see cameos from Willie Nelson and Snoop Dog in this film.
Knocked Up
So this is another film with Seth Rogen where he plays a stoner. The main message is about responsibility because Rogen’s guy decides to save his bong during an earthquake but not his pregnant girlfriend.
The Stoned Age
This movie shows the marijuana lifestyle, including driving around, listening to music, and doing nothing.
Dazed And Confused
This film is about the last day of school in Texas in the 1970s. We can see parties, alcohol, Ben Affleck, a great soundtrack, and weed. We all grow older, but they stay the same.
Fast Times At Ridgemont High
It is another classic pot movie. Sean Penn, who has two Oscars, is brilliant in the role of stoner Jeff Spicoli, who orders pizza to class, damages Forest Whitaker’s car in a joyride, and constantly clashes with history teacher Mr Hand.
The Big Lebowski
This film by the Coen brothers has been a cult movie for ages. It is a stoner noir story, where we follow the Dude, a stoner and bowler. You will see fake kidnappings, severed toes, hallucinogenic dreams, and a John Goodman performance.
Our Idiot Brother
It is a great story from 2011 with Paul Rudd, where he tries to sell weed to a uniformed cop.
The Breakfast Club
John Hughes’ film about teens in Saturday detention shows us a long sequence of smoking. Emilio Estevez’s character smokes a joint with PCP. After getting high, he does gymnastics, rips clothes, and screams. Maybe he should try an Indica?
Your Highness
This film from 2011 is set in the middle ages, where marijuana is called wizard weed.
Super Troopers
It is a story about highway patrolmen who lives contains syrup-chugging and messing with drunk motorists. However, this life is interrupted by the need to investigate real crimes, including murder and drug smuggling.
Friday
Friday shows a more pleasant and happy portrait of life in the ghetto and turns the world of Boyz n the hood on its head. The film has two sequels.
This Is The End
Jonah Hill, James Franco, and Seth Rogen play versions of themselves trying to survive during the apocalypse. A great choice for easy watching.
